Welcome to an exceptional 3-day retreat immersed in the captivating surroundings of Mysuru, India! This journey invites you to explore and connect with your inner beauty through a unique fusion of art, ancient practices, and modern tools.

What to expect?

Our Shala, the focal point of our program, is situated in a serene and beautiful location, providing you with the opportunity to stay nearby. Each day begins with a beautiful sunrise and the melodious singing of birds, followed by a pooja ceremony, mantra chanting, and meditation in our Shala, where our classes will take place. Following this, we delve into a Hatha Yoga class, where you'll explore each asana with dedication, offering your efforts to the divine in pursuit of your personal transformation. Near our Shala, you'll discover a well-known area hosting spectacular restaurants in the Gokulam district, just 4 minutes from our Shala. Here, you'll have excellent options beyond the hotel restaurants we recommend later on.

After a well-deserved break, we'll immerse ourselves in the art of classical and sacred Indian dance, Bharatanatyam. Here, you'll learn fundamental steps, explore mudras, and immerse yourself in devotional choreography. On other days, you'll participate in Devotional Dance, a fusion of Indian and Oriental dance movements allowing you to express yourself uniquely through dance.

Our retreat also includes a practice rooted in ancient tradition but with a revolutionary update, known as Pneuma Breathwork. This breathing technique will expand your consciousness, deepen healing, and help you connect with your physical, energetic, and spiritual self in a profound and transformative way.

You'll have the opportunity to explore Mysuru and visit two beautiful temples dedicated to Vishnu and Durga, immersing yourself in Indian spirituality and tradition. We look forward to you joining this unique experience!

Facilitator:

Shamti Ruiz, the creator of Pneuma Dance, holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance Science from the European University of Madrid, Spain, with a Master's in Art Didactics. She is a certified facilitator in Transpersonal Psychology and Pneuma Breathwork. Shamti's life has been dedicated to dance and exploring its therapeutic potential, particularly in classical Indian dances. Her extensive experience and knowledge have been cultivated through years of study and practice across the globe.

Daily Schedule:

• Pooja Ceremony, Mantra Chanting, and Meditation
• Classical Indian Dance Classes in Bharatanatyam
• Indian-Oriental Dance Classes (Exploration of Oriental and Indian classical movements)
• Exclusive Pranayama Practice called Pneuma Breathwork
• Visits to two temples (Vishnu Temple and Durga Temple)

• Transportation from the central bus station to the villa.
